After managing corporately owned offices for Royal LePage, Mississauga for four year and the Brampton office for a further three years. Rouse purchased the Royal LePage franchise for Brampton and area in March 2003. With over 100 agents speaking 20+ languages, and averaging 175 transactions a month, the office reflects the ethnic diversity that typifies Brampton. 

The new office was aptly renamed  Royal LePage Credit Valley Real Estate to better represent the area that is served by the office. April 2004 the office entered yet another exciting change, as the office underwent an expansion to better serve the community.
